The Travelling Fox is a UK-based independent travel agency owned and operated by Samantha Fox. We collect the minimum amount of personal information required to respond to enquiries and arrange travel services through our trusted suppliers.

2. Information we collect

We collect details you share via forms, email, or telephone including your name, contact information, travel preferences, and any relevant accessibility or dietary notes. Website analytics are captured in an anonymised format to understand how the site is used.

3. How information is used

Personal data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, fulfil bookings, and send service communications. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. Suppliers receive only the information needed to deliver the services you approve.

4. Data retention & security

Client files are stored securely within encrypted cloud services located in the UK or EU. Enquiry information is retained for up to three years or until you ask for it to be removed. Financial data is held according to regulatory requirements.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@thetravellingfox.co.uk. We respond to all privacy requests within 30 days.

ATOL Financial Protection

Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. This website will provide you with information on the protection that applies in the case of each holiday and travel service offered before you make your booking.

If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Your Travel Consultant Ltd (16034077) is a proud member of Protected Trust Services (PTS). Our member number is PTS6237. Our customer holidays are financially secured by PTS. Flight inclusive packages are covered by ATOL. When booking your customers holidays as a member with us, you can rest assured that your customers funds are fully protected. In the unlikely event that any of our suppliers fail, all funds are held in an Independent Trust Account, for your peace of mind.
