1. Booking process
All services begin with a planning fee that covers research and proposal development. Once you approve an itinerary, supplier deposits are collected and placed within the Protected Trust Services client account (PTS 6237). Final balances are due on the schedule shared on your invoice.
2. Changes & cancellations
Alterations requested after confirmation may incur supplier fees. Samantha will outline all costs before proceeding. Cancellation terms follow the policies of each airline, hotel, or partner and will be detailed in your booking summary.
3. Travel documents & insurance
You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and travel insurance. The Travelling Fox can recommend partners but cannot assume liability for missing documents or insufficient cover.
4. Liability
The Travelling Fox acts as an agent between you and our suppliers. We carefully vet partners but are not liable for their acts or omissions beyond the cover provided by ATOL and PTS.
5. Complaints
Please raise any concerns immediately so we can assist while you are travelling. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 28 days of your return.
